2024 - Fermata

Our 2024 robot, Fermata, is designed to intake notes off the ground and shoot them into the Speaker from the Subwoofer. Along with Fermata’s shooting abilities, it is able to climb and hang on the chain. Furthermore, we kept quick cycle times in our mind while crafting this robot. With this goal, we designed a continuous belt intake that goes straight into the shooter, there is no major transfer at all, allowing for a smooth intake to shoot process.
